How can I make payment?
You can pay using a credit or debit card - we use Stripe to process your card and your details are encrypted so we never see them.
How safe are my credit card details?
Very safe! We use Stripe which is a very trusted platform, to process your credit card payment, and we never even see your credit card details.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No, cancel anytime!
How do I access the classes, courses & e-books?
As soon as you join, you will automatically be sent your log in details to the Bunny Club Portal where the Classes, Courses and E Books are hosted, and a link to the Facebook group where are our amazing bunny community is!
Live Question and Answer Sessions, Bunny Lounge, Ask the Expert and Masterclasses are on Zoom and usually also streamed live into the Facebook Group, then uploaded to the Club Library for you to watch later.
How do I access my discounts for Hay Your Way & The Rabbit Rooms?
At the start of the month, you will be sent a 15% discount code directly from Hay your Way, this must be used in conjunction with the email address you use for the bunny club This is non transferrable and single use codes. Discounted Grooming can be booked directly with me, mentioning you are a Club Member.
What if I join in the middle of the month?
If you join in the middle of the month, you will not get your discount for Hay Your Way until the start of the following month, as the codes are only sent out once a month, but everything else will be ready to go immediately - the Facebook group with Live Q and A, Library of Bunny Classes, and The Rabbit Rooms Grooming discount. So jump in whenever you are ready!
How do I cancel if I want to?
Simply log in to your account, navigate to your profile and cancel your subscription, that's it! You can also contact me at [email protected], if you have any difficulties or would rather I cancelled it my end, I want you to be totally happy with your membership, and want you to be easily able to cancel if you feel it is no longer for you. There's nothing worse than companies that make it impossible to cancel or to get hold of a real person to sort out an issue!
Is the club suitable for kids?
Yes - the club is suitable for kids age 10+ so if you have a little bunny lover in your life then why not encourage their enthusiasm and empathy for other living beings?! We already have several teenage members. We all know that it's good for your mental health to have pets so it's a great interest for them to have and for you to foster! They will love learning more about their fur baby and it encourages them to stay interested as well. As a mum of teenagers myself, I can guarantee that this is a supportive, non judgemental, welcoming environment where your young bunny enthusiast will be safe and welcomed. There are also Bunny Journals and fun activities inside the Club for teens and kids.
What if I don't have Facebook?
Our main community is hosted currently on Facebook, however you can still access a lot of the club without it. Most of the main online events are on zoom and then streamed into the Facebook group and also uploaded afterwards to the club library. However, a lot of the discussions between members are in the group and I also jump on regularly to talk about bunny issues that have come up for me and I am also in there every day answering your bunny questions. Some of our members choose not to be involved in the Facebook group and that is perfectly fine, but if you would like to be really involved with our community, this is the best place! My recommendation would be to set up a profile just for using with the bunny club, your profile can be a different name or anonymous if you prefer, when you request to join you can let me know it is you in the group questions that pop up.
