My name is Fiona and I am a self confessed bunny nutter! I have been running The Rabbit Rooms Small Animal Boarding in Dublin, Ireland since 2014, and I care for hundreds of bunnies every year - providing holiday care while their owners go away, grooming, and Ireland's only Bunny Bonding Service - this is in addition to my own 11 rabbits 💖
I had bunnies when I was a kid, but things have changed massively in the last few years, so when I started having bunnies again as an adult, I had to relearn everything I thought I knew - bunnies used to be fed on a muesli mix, it wasn't known how much hay they needed, there wasn't vet care in the same way, bunny bonding wasn't really a thing, and they were often kept in small hutches down the garden.
Now, thankfully bunnies are part of the family, more is known about their diet, behaviour and ideal living conditions, and we know they need specialist vets for their complex health issues. BUT I found it a nightmare to find out all I needed to know - I wanted the absolute best for my rabbit, to be the best rabbit guardian I could be, but all the conflicting information online had my head reeling, and I ended up more confused than when I started!!
As I adopted more rabbits, and I began offering holiday care for other people's bunnies (after we couldn't find anyone to look after ours who knew about bunnies), I learned more and more about these complex little creatures, and they took more of a hold on my heart each day! I now work closely with rabbit savvy vets, keeping up to date on the latest care information, and the experience of caring for and bonding so many different rabbits means I am always learning something new! It makes me cringe when I hear some of the things people are told online and by pet shops, and so I am passionate about helping other people shortcut their learning so they don't have to go through what I went through and so they can take the best care of their rabbit sooner!
During Covid I started offering online classes for the most common rabbit questions I am asked by my lovely customers and in the Facebook Groups I run and admin in, and from there Fiona's Happy Bunny Club was born! A fun place for bunny guardians to hang out, learn more about our furry best friends, and develop an even closer relationship with them while helping them be the healthiest, happiest bunnies they could ask to be (and the most spoiled - as they should be!!)

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?
You can pay using a credit or debit card - we use Stripe to process your card and your details are encrypted so we never see them. Alternatively you can use Paypal!
HOW SAFE ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
Very safe! We use Stripe which is a very trusted platform, to process your credit card payment, and we never even see your credit card details. If you use Paypal to pay, you will be sent an invoice each month which you can manually pay and we also never see your details.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
No, cancel anytime!
HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLASSES, COURSES AND E-BOOKS?
The Live Question and Answer Sessions, Ask the Expert and Community are all hosted in our Facebook group, which you can join as soon as you become a member. The Classes, Courses and E books are all hosted in the Happy Bunny Club Portal - you will automatically be sent your log in details as soon as you join. The Library of bunny classes is all there in the Portal :)
HOW DO I ACCESS MY DISCOUNTS FROM HAY YOUR WAY AND THE RABBIT ROOMS?
At the start of the month, you will be sent a 15% discount code directly from Hay your Way, this must be used in conjunction with the email address you use for the bunny club, and again is non transferrable and can only be used once in the month. Once you join, you can also set up an account with The Rabbit Rooms, and I will apply a discount to your account (If you already have an account with us, I will apply your discount too) This gives you 10% off grooming services. You can make your booking while you are a member, but you do not still have to be a member at the time of your appointment, you just have to be a member when you make the booking.
WHAT IF I JOIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH?
If you join in the middle of the month, you will not get your discount for Shauna's Pet Shop or Hay Your Way until the start of the following month, as the codes are only sent out once a month, but everything else will be ready to go immediately - the Facebook group with Live Q and A, Library of Bunny Classes, and The Rabbit Rooms discounts. So jump in whenever you are ready!
HOW DO I CANCEL IF I WANT TO?
Simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription, that's it! You can also contact me at info@therabbitrooms.ie, if you have any difficulties or would rather I cancelled it my end, I want you to be totally happy with your membership, and want you to be easily able to cancel if you feel it is no longer for you. There's nothing worse than companies that make it impossible to cancel or get hold of a real person to sort out an issue!
IS THE CLUB SUITABLE FOR KIDS?
Yes - the club is suitable for kids age 10+ so if you have a little bunny lover in your life then why not encourage their enthusiasm and empathy for other living beings?! We already have several teenage members. We all know that it's good for your mental health to have pets so it's a great interest for them to have and for you to foster! They will love learning more about their fur baby! As a mum of teenagers myself, I can guarantee that this is a supportive, non judgemental, welcoming environment where your young bunny enthuasiast will be safe and welcomed.
